The cage (1) has two side rings (2, 3) between which multiple bars (4) are arranged. A receiving pocket (5) for a rolling element is formed between two adjacent bars. The side rings have side ring segments (2', 2'', 2''', 3', 3'', 3'''), where one of the side ring segments is connected with the bar and/or adjacent side ring segment by a positive connection (6). The positive connection has a hook shaped projection that is arranged at the side ring segment and engages a recess in the bar and/or in the adjacent side ring segment. The ring segments and the bars are made of plastic.
