<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in optical performance by suppressing backlash of an optical member without complicating a structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lens hold frame 101 includes: a sleeve hole which receives an inserted main guide pole 105 extending in the direction of an optical axis and which penetrates through the direction of the optical axis; and a clamp member 110 which clamps the sub-guide pole 106 so that it is slidable in the extending direction of the sub-guide pole 106, the sub-guide pole 106 extending parallel to the extending direction of the main guide pole 105. While rotation of the lens hold frame 101 relative to the main guide pole 105 is restricted by the clamp member 110, the lens hold frame 101 is slid in the direction of the optical axis along the main guide pole 105 inserted in the sleeve hole.
