<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity of an apparatus for FW (filament winding) molding by speeding up of resin adhesion work. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes an application roller 12 supported about an axis rotatably and a guide roller 13 for conveying and guiding a fiber 1 in such a state as to be pushed to a surface of the application roller 12. A part of the surface of the application roller 12 is immersed in a resin liquid 10 stored in a storage tank 11. The application roller 12 is guided and supported rotatably and also slidably along a roller center axis with a guide structure 20. A shift structure for carrying out slide operation of the application roller 12 along the roller center axis is prepared. Thus, the resin liquid 10 concerning an application layer 33 of the surface of the application roller 12 is adhered to the fiber 1, by carrying out slide operation of the application roller 12 with the shift structure, while continuously changing a contact position of the application roller 12 and the fiber 1.
