<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording device, of which circuit board hardly receives noise, being effective as a countermeasure for noise, and can achieve a proper communication function. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A main substrate 61 is arranged at a left corner portion 21A of the front side of a case body, and a communication substrate 83 is arranged at a position diagonal thereto, that is, a right corner portion 21B of the back portion of the case body. Therefore, the main substrate 61 is located apart from the communication substrate 83, and thus it hardly receives an influence from the communication substrate 83, being effective as a countermeasure for noise, and can achieve a proper communication function.
