PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fire hydrant valve opening/closing lever from moving in the opening direction due to vibrations or the like by retaining the fire hydrant valve opening/closing lever in a closed position in a closed state of a fire hydrant door without requiring operation of canceling a lock. SOLUTION: A fire hydrant valve 54 which is opened and closed by moving the fire hydrant valve opening/closing lever 64 in the vertical direction is provided inside a casing body 14-1. A stopper mechanism is provided for preventing the lever 64 from moving in the opening direction by retaining the lever in the closed position with the fire hydrant door 18 closed. In the stopper mechanism, the lever 64 is placed to have a positional relationship in which a trajectory 72 of an end of the lever turning from the upper closed position to the lower opened position passes outside beyond the inner surface 70 of the fire hydrant door 18 in the closed state.
