<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which weight reduction, thinning, and realization of low power consumption is possible, and which is superior in reliability. <P>SOLUTION: An electro-optical device includes an element substrate 11, a sealing layer 18 that is formed by covering a plurality of organic light-emitting elements 10, a sealing resin 60 that is formed by covering the sealing layer 18, and a touch panel 20 that is attached onto the substrate 11 via the sealing resin 60. The organic light-emitting elements 10 has an organic light-emitting layer 13 pinched between a first electrode 12 and a second electrode 14 that are formed on the substrate 11. On the element substrate 11, a barrier rib layer 15 to partition the first electrode 12 is installed. The second electrode 14 is brought into contact with the element substrate 11 by covering the whole face of the element region L formed by the barrier rib layer 15 and a plurality of organic light-emitting elements 10. The sealing layer 18 is formed by covering the second electrode 14. The organic light-emitting layer 13 is sealed by the second electrode 14, the sealing layer 18, the sealing resin 60, and the touch panel 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
