PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control board and a structure for detecting the fraudulent opening of a board case capable of surely detecting that the board case is fraudulently opened in the board case storing the control board for controlling a game machine in its inside. SOLUTION: This control board 34 is stored inside the board case 35 where a first storage member 35b and a second storage member 35a are engaged, and controls the game machine. This control board 34 includes a fixing portion 34a fixed to the first storage member 35b and a locking portion 34b stored inside the board case 35 to be locked to the second storage member 35a, wherein the fixing portion 34a and the locking portion 34b regulate the movement for releasing the engagement between the first storage member 35b and the second storage member 35a, and a weak portion 34c, which is broken by an external force in the direction of releasing the engagement between the first storage member 35b and the second storage member 35a, is formed between the fixing portion 34a and the locking portion 34b.
