PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm gas meter which prevents degradation of sealing of the outer peripheral edge of a case body and a web plate, allowing a measurement space to have an airtight structure, and improves workability during repair. SOLUTION: The diaphragm gas meter divides the measurement space formed between the case main unit 17 and the web plate 18 into two parts by a measurement diaphragm 19 and reciprocates the measurement diaphragm 19 through the pressure of inflow gas to measure the flow of the gas. The diaphragm gas meter is provided with gripping parts 17a, 18a for gripping an outer peripheral edge 20a of a web plate gasket 20 in the outer peripheral edge of the case main unit 17 and the web plate 18. A cap screw 21 is integrally provided in the gripping part 17a of the case main unit 17. A mounting hole 22 facing the cap screw 21 is provided in the web plate 18. A fixing screw 24 is inserted into the mounting hole 22 from the web plate 18 side, and is passed through an insertion hole 23 of the web plate gasket 20 to be fastened tightly into the cap screw 21, thereby gripping the web plate gasket 20 between the case main unit 17 and the web plate 18.
