PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking apparatus determining healthy cooking conditions based on information on specific gas components in exhalation. SOLUTION: A control part 12 of the cooking apparatus executes a program including: a step (S104) of reading sensory test determination of a user based on user taste database, when request for personal cooking is input and name of the user is input (S100, Yes in S102); a step (S116) of determining food restriction based on exhalation acetone concentration data DEN, when the data DEN is received from an exhalation measuring device (Yes in S108); and a step (S118) of determining cooking temperature by superheated steam based on the sensory test determination and food restriction determination.
