<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with door-to-door delivery of information media including a large number of unaddressed advertising flyers, information paper, and CD, and to support reliability and accuracy in the delivery of such information media. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An information medium delivery method executes: a step S1 for creating a delivery register which lists delivery destinations H where an information medium D can be put into a mailbox or a newspaper chute; a step S3 for creating a delivery route book which identifies delivery destinations H from the delivery register in response to delivery requests from delivery requesters; a step S5 for packing an information medium D to be delivered in response to a delivery request from each delivery requester, with an identification number assigned; a step S6 in which a deliverer M carrying a terminal 2 capable of reading identification numbers, obtaining location information, and recording them delivers the packed information medium D by reading its identification number and obtaining its location information at each delivery destination H based on the delivery route book; and a step S7 for outputting the records of reading the identification number recorded in the terminal 2 and of obtaining the location information to check the delivery of the information medium D.
