PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-tar anticorrosive coating material composition which is excellent in low temperature curability, anticorrosiveness and electric corrosion resistance and exhibits excellent adhesiveness to a final coating material and to provide a coating film formed by using the anticorrosive coating material composition and a vessel and a marine structure each of which is equipped with the coating film. SOLUTION: The anticorrosive coating material composition contains an epoxy resin (a) containing at least one selected from the group consisting of a novolac type epoxy resin and a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, a Mannich type curing agent (b) being a Mannich condensation reaction product obtained by reacting unsaturated substituent-containing phenols, aldehydes and amine compounds, a silane coupling agent (c) being an alkoxysilane compound, a hydroxyl group-containing petroleum resin (d) and an acrylate compound (e) having three or more functions. The coating film formed by using the anticorrosive coating material composition and the vessel and the marine structure, each of which is equipped with the coating film, are also provided.
