FUEL SAVING DRIVING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT, IN-VEHICLE SYSTEM, DRIVE CONTROL APPARATUS, AND FUEL SAVING DRIVING DIAGNOSTIC PROGRAM

A fuel saving driving diagnostic equipment detects that a vehicle has stopped on the basis of the vehicle speed indicating the speed of the vehicle and detects that the vehicle is in an idle state indicating the state where the vehicle idles if the engine speed of the vehicle that is detected to have stopped is not smaller than a predetermined threshold value.  The fuel saving driving diagnostic equipment determines if the vehicle that is detected to be in an idle state is in a parking state on the basis of the select lever and/or the parking brake of the vehicle in an idle state.  Afterthat, the fuel saving driving diagnostic equipment diagnoses the fuel saving driving on the basis of the idle parking time while the vehicle keeps the parking state.
