<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an internally polyolefin coated steel pipe hardly generating peeling off of a polyolefin pipe and excellent in water-resisting adhesion under an environment that freezing-thawing repeatedly occurs and in the state that warm water is always filled. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the internally polyolefin coated steel pipe, a plating layer of an inner surface of a hot dip galvanized steel pipe in which the hot dip galvanizing is applied internally and externally is ground by a wire brush made of steel to expose an iron-zinc alloy layer containing 6 mass% or more of Fe, and thereafter, the polyolefin pipe is coated. The wire brush is cylindrical, and steel wires are arranged radially from a central axis of the cylinder in a radial direction. By inserting it to the hot dip galvanized steel pipe while rotating it making the central axis of the wire brush as an axis, the steel pipe inner surface plating layer is ground. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
