<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusing body without peeling off a print since it has high adhesion strength even under intense light or at high temperature for long time. <P>SOLUTION: The light diffusing body includes a substrate and a pattern print layer provided in a predetermined pattern on at least one surface of the substrate, layered via an anchor layer, wherein the anchor layer contains an oxazoline group-modified resin.
