SOLUTION: The PLC master unit modem 13 is connected to the pre-branch port of a first branch adapter 15, PLC repeaters 30a and 30b are connected to the post-branch port of the first branch adapter 15, the power line connection port of the PLC repeaters 30a and 30b is connected to the pre-branch port side of a second branch adapter 7, and the PLC slave unit modem 9 is connected to the post-branch port of the second branch adapter 7. The data transmission between the PLC master unit modem 13 and the PLC slave unit modem 9 is executed on the basis of a master frame having at least a synchronizing signal transmission band, and the shared band of user data shared by at least a synchronizing signal transmission band, the PLC master unit modem 13, the PLC repeaters 30a and 30b, and the PLC slave unit modem 9.
