The present invention provides a kind of boric aicd and its ester compounds as follows of formular I, in which R1 and R2 are substituted or unsubstituted C1-10 alkyl, C3-6 or heteroalkyl, benzyl, menaphthyl or indylmethyl, the said substituent of R1 and R2 is C1-4 alkyl, cyano, hydroxyl, sulfhydryl, amino or halogen; Z1 or Z2 independently is hydroxyl, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 alkoxy or aryloxy, or B, Z1 and Z2 can form a heterocycle including N, S or O; Pg is substituted or unsubstituted bicycle or tricycle acyl including an unsaturated cycle at least, the said substituent is C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, halogen or C1-4 haloalkyl. The present invention also provides the preparation method of such compounds and their anticancer uses.
