<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small, low-cost, and light-weight imaging lens having high optical performance compatible with high pixel formation of an image sensor, even in the case that a lens formed of resin is included. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The imaging lens has a first lens group G<SB>11</SB>, a second lens group G<SB>12</SB>, and a third lens group G<SB>13</SB>, arranged in order from an object side. An aperture ST of a given diameter is provided in the vicinity of an object-side surface of the first lens group G<SB>11</SB>. The first lens group G11 is constituted so that a cemented lens having a positive refractive power is arranged, wherein the cemented lens is composed of a first lens L<SB>111</SB>formed of resin and having a positive refractive power and a second lens L<SB>112</SB>formed of resin and having a negative refractive power, which are arranged in order from the object side. The second lens group G<SB>12</SB>is constituted by arranging a negative meniscus lens L<SB>121</SB>, whose convex surface is directed toward the image plane IMG.
