<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication circuit capable of achieving both of the miniaturization of the circuit and the acquisition of high antenna radiation characteristics, and to provide a radio communication apparatus which includes the radio communication circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The radio communication circuit includes a receiving circuit 14 formed on a substrate; an antenna 11 connected to the receiving circuit 14; and a conductor line 12 connected to a position A of a ground conductor 13a on the substrate, which exists within λ/40 (λ is the wavelength of radio frequency signal) from an antenna feeding end B of the antenna 11 and has a length of 0.9×λ/4(2n+1) to 1.1×λ/4(2n+1) (n is 0, or a positive integer).
