<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress the deficit and deformation of a block which occur when a sector mold is separated from a vulcanized pneumatic tire. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A blade 332 is planted in the bottom part 302 of a block forming part 302 and pushed to a tread part TR1 to form a sipe in a vulcanization process, The blade 332 is formed from a so-called shape memory material which is deformed by prescribed temperature conditions. The circumferential section of the tire in the blade 332 is formed in the shape of a wave having circumferential amplitude of the tire.
