<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation/recovery apparatus capable of separating a metallic fastener element and a fastener tape from a slide fastener, and individually recovering them. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The separation/recovery apparatus (1) includes: an element separating part (2) that separates the fastener element (12) from the fastener chain (11); a suction transporting part (9) that recovers the fastener element (12) separated by the element separating part (2) and the fastener tape (13) to transport them (12) (13) together by using pneumatic suction; and a separating/recovering part (10) that separates and indivisually recovers the fastener element (12) and the fastener tape (13), which are sucked and transported.
