摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic levitation controller for achieving zero power control such that a stationary value of an excitation current is stably zero even if there is variation in load weight. SOLUTION: The magnetic levitation controller includes: a fixing member 8; a levitator 9 held in an non-contact state with respect to this fixing member via a magnetic force; an electromagnet disposed on the levitator side or the fixing member side, and having an excitation coil 7 which generates an electromagnetic force depending on the size of the excitation current to be supplied; a current sensor 5 that detects the excitation current flowing through an excitation coil of the electromagnet; a permanent magnet 11 disposed so as to share a magnetic flux and a magnetic circuit of the electromagnet; a gap sensor 10 that detects a gap between the levitator and the fixing member in the magnetic circuit of the electromagnet and calculates a position of the levitator; a voltage command calculation part 100 that calculates a voltage demand; and a power amplifier 4 configured to supply an excitation voltage to the excitation coil by amplifying the voltage demand.
