The present invention relates to a method for generating hot air and water from sunlight using the inner layer of a double layer light-concentrating plate 99. The front and rear surface layers are made of transparent or opaque materials, thermal-conductive materials, and nonconductive materials, etc. to absorb sunlight. The lateral inclined surface is finished by forming a space layer at a proper thickness in the center of the interval between the front and rear surface layers using the front and rear surface layers. Inlet and outlet and circulation ports 29 are respectively formed in proper portions of the lateral surface or the front and rear surface layers for intake and discharge of the air or water, so the air or water can circulate inside the double layer. Therefore, hot air and water generation is enabled by circulation of the air or water inside the double layer using sunlight.
