<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method and a controller of an electric motor which estimate a more accurate offset value. <P>SOLUTION: Outputs vd and vq from a current controller 2 are converted from a voltage command on the dq coordinate system to a voltage command on the three-phase AC coordinate system by a dq/three-phase converter 3 and a voltage is applied to an electric motor 7. A current flowing through the electric motor 7 is detected by a current detector 6, and the position of the electric motor 7 is detected by a position detector 8 and converted into a speed by a position/speed converter 9. Furthermore, the current flowing through the electric motor 7 is converted from the three-phase AC coordinate system to the dq coordinate system by a three-phase/dq converter 11, a current on the dq coordinate is estimated based on the speed information output from the position/speed converter 9 and the outputs vd and vq from the current controller 2, and the offset value of the current detector 6 is estimated from the difference between the estimated current (idsim, iqsim) and the current output from the three-phase/dq converter 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
