<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate design of a power management circuit performing control corresponding to the product specification of a semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: A power control circuit is provided one by one corresponding to each of a plurality of power domains which can be performed on/off control by the power supply included in a semiconductor device, these power control circuits are connected in accordance with inclusion relation of the power domains to thereby configure a power management circuit controlling power supply to the plurality of power domains, and the power management circuit performing power supply control corresponding to power control specification can be designed easily. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
