<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange ventilator for easily performing maintenance of a heat exchanger and a filter at a proper time. <P>SOLUTION: In this heat exchange ventilator which includes a blower for air supply, a blower for exhausting, and the heat exchanger in a housing, and in which the blower for air supply and the blower for exhausting are respectively operated under control by a control section 60 to perform ventilation while exchanging heat between the outside air and the indoor air, temperature sensors are disposed at least on three points among the neighborhood of an outdoor-side suction opening, the neighborhood of an indoor-side supply opening, the neighborhood of an indoor-side suction opening and the neighborhood of an outdoor-side supply opening in the housing, and the control section includes a calculating section 55 for obtaining temperature exchange efficiency by the heat exchanger on the basis of results of the detections by the temperature sensors, a display instructing section 56 for displaying the temperature exchange efficiency on a display section of a remote controller, a maintenance determining section 57 for comparing the temperature exchange efficiency with a condition value and judging necessity of maintenance, and a rewriting section 58 for rewriting the condition value according to the instruction from the remote controller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
