PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filled vibration damper capable of sufficiently lowering a dynamic spring coefficient for minute amplitude vibration input without deteriorating a damping effect of a first orifice for large amplitude vibration input. SOLUTION: In a mount device 10 wherein a first orifice passage 23 of which liquid column resonance frequency is low and a second orifice passage 24 higher than it are formed by a separate member 20, a second diaphragm 29 is attached on the separate member 20, limiting the movement of liquid in the second orifice passage 24 for the large amplitude vibration input generating liquid column resonance in the first orifice passage 23 and allowing the liquid to move by bending for the minute amplitude vibration input. The second diaphragm 29 is provided with a bending part 29a for bending in a displacement quantity range till the separate member 20 is contacted in the second orifice passage 24, a contact part 29b for moving corresponding to the large amplitude vibration input and contacting with the separate member 20 in the passage 24 and a rigid body film part 29c for limiting fluid movement in the passage 24 corresponding to the large amplitude vibration input when the contact part 29b contacts.
