<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll press device which can form an oil reservoir simply in a short time in which a lubricant intruding into the surface of a resin sheet is flowable and an enclosed space is not formed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the roll press device, a forming roll 2 with a plurality of recessed parts 1 on its external diameter surface and a backup roll 3 having a flat cylindrical external-diameter surface are arranged in parallel to each other. A resin sheet is let into a gap between the forming and backup rolls 2 and 3 while rotation-driving both rolls 2 and 3 with a motor 5. At that time, a plurality of projections are formed on the surface of the resin sheet by compression at a roll gap. Thereby, it is possible to form an oil reservoir simply in a short time which comprises a continuous recessed part around the projections, makes flowable the lubricant intruding into the surface of the resin sheet and does not form the enclosed space.
