<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating a rotating member 7 and a metal-made toner stirring-conveying member 9, from a recovered toner cartridge 1 including the rotating member 7 inserted into an apex part of a cylindrical container 2, and the metal-made toner stirring-conveying member 9 connected to the shaft 8 center of the rotating member 7 in an inside of the cylindrical container 2. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises (1) a process for opening a bottom part of the cylindrical container 2 to form an opening part, (2) a process for recovering toner remaining in the inside of the cylindrical container 2 from the opening part, and (3) a process for releasing the connection between the rotating member 7 and the metal-made toner stirring-conveying member 9, by a drill 25, and for separating the rotating member 7 from the cylindrical container 2 by a cylindrical blade 22 of a hole saw 20, by pressing the hole saw 20 into the cylindrical container 2 under rotation of the hole saw 20 to penetrate the drill 25 through the shaft 8 center of the rotating member 7 under rotation thereof, in the hole saw 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
