<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect biological vibration via an external auditory canal with a simple procedure and to use a detected data for diagnosis. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A biological information detection device is provided with: an installation unit 10 including an external auditory canal insertion part 11 inserted in the external auditory canal and a vibration electrical converter 15 for converting biological vibration transmitted via the external auditory canal as a medium into an electric signal to output it; and a signal processing unit 30 including a signal converter for executing frequency conversion processing of the electric signal from the vibration electric converter 15 and a speaker 37 for converting the electric signal into audible sound. The signal converter extracts a signal component in a specific frequency bandwidth from the electric signal outputted by the vibration electric converter 15 and performs frequency conversion.
