PROCESS FOR THE CONTINUOUS HYDROGENATION OF CARBON-CARBON DOUBLE BONDS IN AN UNSATURATED POLYMER

PURPOSE: A continuous hydrogenation method of carbon-carbon double bonds in an unsaturated polymer is provided to reduce facilities and energy costs, and to achieve high hydrogenation degree with a continuous method. CONSTITUTION: A continuous hydrogenation method comprises a step of continuously hydrogenating carbon-carbon double bonds in an unsaturated polymer using conjugated diolefin and at least one copolymeric monomer in the presence of a solvent and catalyst. The unsaturated polymer, a catalyst(5) and hydrogen(4) pass through a reactor(1) in which a fixed inner element is installed.
