PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing interest item information by self planner and a recording medium thereof are provided to offer collected information about the registered interesting items through the self planner. CONSTITUTION: In a terminal the interesting item inquiry request information is inputted(625). The terminal transmits the interesting item inquiry request information through the communication channel to the server(630). The server confirms the item code information and the item name information corresponding to the received interesting item inquiry request information as described above(635). The server transmits/requests the identified item name information and/or the interesting item inquiry information corresponding to the item code information(640). The server receives the interesting item inquiry information about the interesting item inquiry request information transmitted as described above from the stock information providing server(645).
