PURPOSE: A system and a method for processing public imposts by self planner and recording medium are provided to offer the public utility bill payment history registered by user. CONSTITUTION: In the terminal, the utility bill payment registration request data is inputted(525). The terminal transmits utility bill payment registration request data through the communication channel to a server(530). The server collects the utility bill payment information corresponding to the utility bill payment registration request data received through the communication channel(535). The utility bill payment information includes at least one among the user information, charging agency information, collection item information, payment period information and payment amount information. The server stores the collected utility bill payment information as described above in the storage medium(540). |
