RECOMBINANT ANTIGEN AGAINST THE PATHOGENICITY OF CANINE LEPTOSPIRA AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A recombinant antigen protein for preventing canine leptospirosis is provided to use as an antigen for sub unit vaccine and massively produce OmpL1 and LipL41 protein. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant antigen protein contains outer membrane protein of leptospira and MBP(Maltose-binding Protein). The outer membrane protein is OmpL1 or LipL41. The recombinant expression vector contains outer membrane-coding sequence and MBP(maltose-binding protein) of leptospira. A host cells which are transformed with the recombinant expression vector is E.coli deposited in a deposit number KCTC 11363BP or KCTC 11019BP. A kit for diagnosing canine leptospira contains a recombinant antigen of leptospira. A vaccine composition for preventing canine leptospirasis contains the recombinant antigen protein as an active ingredient.
