PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling of an electronic cassette having a cable. SOLUTION: When the electronic cassette 12 is handled (when the electronic cassette 12 is carried, or the electronic cassette 12 is mounted on an imaging platform), the cable 13 is routed along a groove 70 in the electronic cassette 12.
