<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming/transfer fixing member which solves a problem of gloss change of an image and the problem of offset of an ink on the surface of a fixing roll. <P>SOLUTION: An offset printing apparatus transfers a phase-change ink to a printing medium and fixes it optionally further, wherein the offset printing apparatus has (a) a phase-change ink supplying member for supplying the phase-change ink to the image forming member in the form of a phase-change ink image; (b) the image forming member, which receives the phase-change ink image, transfers it to the printing medium and fixes it optionally further, consisting of (1) an image forming base body and (2) the image forming member which is arranged on the image forming base body and includes an urethane and an outer coating containing a conductive salt; and (c) a release agent management system for supplying a release agent to the image forming member, which reduces the amount of the release agent required for transferring the phase-change ink image and optionally fixing it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
