PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly spray a predetermined amount of a chemical or fertilizer on an object without being affected by a drift. SOLUTION: The foam spraying apparatus 10 foams a chemical or fertilizer and sprays on an object in the foamed condition. The apparatus includes the tank 15 having the foaming tank 16 that is for reserving the foaming agent solution 11 obtained by mixing either or both of the chemical and fertilizer into a surfactant aqueous solution, the compressor 24 for supplying compressed air into the foaming agent solution 11 reserved in the foaming tank 16, and the diffuser tube 30 that is connected to the compressor 24, arranged in the foaming tank 16 and provided with a plurality of the small diameter apertures 31 to be immersed in the foaming agent solution 11. When the compressed air is supplied to the foaming agent solution 11 from the compressor 24 through the diffuser tube 30, the foaming agent solution 11 foams to generate foams, and the generated foams are discharged to the outside from the exit portion 34 of the tank 15 by being pushed out by the foams generated later.
