PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal plate suitable for a reflecting plate of a lighting apparatus which keeps a reflection spectrum comparatively flat in a visible wavelength range, and reflectiveness high in the wavelength range having a peak luminosity factor. SOLUTION: In the coated metal plate having a reflective film on at least one side surface of the metal plate, the reflective film contains titania of a white pigment in an amount of 30-60 mass%, and contains a fluorescent pigment selected by at least one kind from at least two groups among (a) a fluorescent pigment group having an emission spectrum peak at 400-480 nm, (b) a fluorescent pigment group having an emission spectrum peak at 480-580 nm, and (c) a fluorescent pigment group having an emission spectrum peak at 580-700 nm. The spectral reflectance of the coated metal plate at 450-700 nm is 86% or more, and L*≥96, ¾a*¾≤5, and ¾b*¾≤5 in a color coordinates of (CIE 1976) L*a*b color space indicated in JIS K 5600.
