PURPOSE: A lubricating device and an operation method thereof are provided to reduce abrasion caused by heavy loads. CONSTITUTION: A lubricating device comprises a bearing housing(11), a tube(12), an oilless hard bearing(13), an air storage(14), and a flange-shaped cap(15). The bearing housing has an air port in which air pressure is supplied from the outside. The tube has multiple vent holes which circulate the air pressure. The hard bearing comprises multiple thorough holes(13') and an annular air groove. The air groove connects the through holes and equalizes the action distribution of the air pressure. The air storage is formed between the bearing housing and the tube. The cap opens and closes an entrance of the bearing housing. |
