PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing packing of a double faced skillet, and the packing are provided to conveniently wash the skillet by attaching and detaching a silicone plate. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing packing(20) of a double faced skillet is as follows: A steel wire(22) is placed in supporting pins of a lower mold. Packing is manufactured by compressing a silicone plate using high-pressure. The silicone plate is located between an upper mold and the lower mold. The lower mold comprises multiple supporting pins. The supporting pins support the steel wire. The upper mold comprises multiple pressing pins. The pressing pins fix the steel wire.
