PURPOSE: An insert structure of a mold for press hardening is provided to make a trimming process perform conveniently by cooling one part of a steel sheet blank using a different cooling process from the other part. CONSTITUTION: A mold for press hardening is composed of an upper and lower molds(10,20) and forms a steel sheet blank(S). A cooling retarder, made of a different material from the upper and lower molds, is connected to one part of the mold with a combining member. A respective groove(15) is formed on the combining member corresponding to the site facing of the upper and lower molds. A hollow is formed between a cooling water supply part(12,22) and the connection surface of a steel sheet blank, and filled with the cooling retarder. |
