An NC programming support device for creating an NC machining program including dimensional tolerance data reflected in configuration data of an object to be machined. The support device includes a machining target size calculating part (5) for calculating a machining target size of the object to be machined based on the configuration data and the dimensional tolerance data, a configuration data transforming part (6) for setting a movement zone of a pictorial element so that a size between pictorial elements included in the configuration data is the machining target size based on the position movement information relating to a way of moving the pictorial element, the machining target size and the configuration data, and an NC machining program creating part(7) for creating the NC machining program using the configuration data and the movement zone of each pictorial element.
