PURPOSE: A liquid crystal x-ray detection device having low viewing angle effect is provided to amend the viewing angle characteristic according to the liquid crystal property. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal x-ray detection device having low viewing angle effect comprises an optical conductive layer(113) and a liquid crystal layer(130). The arrangement of the liquid crystal layer is changed by charging using X-rays absorbed in the optical conductive layer. The video information obtains as the array declaration of the liquid crystal layer changes. The liquid crystal inserted to a liquid crystal X-ray inspection board(100) is nematic. The liquid crystal layer of the X-ray inspection board twists between 90~180°.
