PURPOSE: A method and a system for setting a visit time in a real estate transaction through network in order to efficiently visit a place are provided to notify visit expectation time through internet. CONSTITUTION: A trade object information input unit(110) receives trade information including visit expectation time and visit available date allowed by a supplier of a real estate. A dealing material information supply unit(120) supplies visit expectation time and visit available time. A trade object selecting unit(130) selects a time desiring visit about the trade from the visit applier.
