PURPOSE: A physiologically active complex using a 3-arm non-peptidyl polymer is provided to highly maintain the in vivo activation of a physiologically active polypeptide and peptide. CONSTITUTION: A protein complex contains a physiologically active polypeptide and dimeric protein through a 3-arm non-peptidyl polymer. The dimeric protein is immunoglobulin Fc region. The immunoglobulin Fc region comprises one to four domains selected from CH1, CH2, CH3 and CH4 domains. The immunoglobulin Fc region is an Fc region of IgG, IgA, IgD, IgE, IgM, their complex of their hybrid. The non-peptidyl polymer is polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, ethylene glycol-propylene glycol copolymer, polyoxy ethylated polyol, polyvinyl alcohol, polysaccharide, dextran, polyvinyl ethyl ether, polylactic acid, polylactic-glycolic acid, biodegradable polymer, lipid polymer, chitin, hyaluronic acid or their mixture. |
