PURPOSE: A screw dehydrator and an organic waste drier including the same are provided to improve dehydrating force by arranging multiple dehydrating plate units in a cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION: A screw dehydrator comprises a dehydrating part(10), a screw(20), and a screw driving part. The dehydrating part comprises a pair of rings(11) and multiple dehydrating plate units(13). The rings have multiple receiving parts(15) formed in certain intervals along a circumferential direction. Both ends of the dehydrating plate units are successively accepted in the receiving parts, and formed in a cylindrical shape. The screw transfers organic waste.
