<p>A drum drier is provided to maximize thermal efficiency to save the energy with a small heater while increasing the initial temperature in a short time by circulating the heat passed through a drum and discharging the heat to the outside on demand. A drum drier comprises: a suction motor(4) which sucks the air within a drier body; an exhaust duct(6) connected to the suction motor; a suction duct(10) combined with the exhaust duct by a first damper(8); a heater(14) connected to the suction duct by a second damper(12); a drum(16) located near the outlet of the heater; a temperature sensor controlling the temperature of the drum; a humidifying sensor controlling the humidity of the drum; and a controller. The first damper is placed on one side of the exhaust duct. The second damper is placed near the outlet of the suction duct. A heat collecting unit is needed for the exhaust duct and suction duct.</p> |
