CONTINUOUS FLOW EXTRUDER

摘要

PURPOSE: A continuous extruder is provided to effectively disperse a laminar material, such as clay, to a polymer resin without adding additives. CONSTITUTION: A continuous extruder comprises a melting and compression zone(Z1), a dispersion zone(Z2), and an ejection die. The melting and compression zone melts and compresses polymer resin and additives put through a hopper. The dispersion zone disperses the additives to the polymer resin by compressive stress and shearing stress of a melted material, and flows to the ejection die. The ejection die discharges a composite that the additives are contained to the polymer resin.
