PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a molded component for a vehicle, and a manufacturing method using the same are provided to safely locate an attachment member in a first transfer mold and a second transfer mold. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a molded component for a vehicle comprises a first mold(100) and a molding die(300). The first mold comprises a first support mold(110), a first transfer mold(120), and a first driving unit(130). The first transfer mold has a first forming groove(121) which molds a molded product. The first driving unit slides and moves the first transfer mold in a lateral direction of the first support mold. The molding die is faced with the first mold to be attached or separated from the first transfer mold. And the molding die has a first molding groove corresponded with the first forming groove.
