PURPOSE: A super-cooling apparatus is provided to keep the freshness and quality of contents for a long time by creating and maintaining a stable super-cooling state. CONSTITUTION: A super-cooling apparatus comprises a container, a cooling part(60), and a temperature controller(20). The container accepts contents. The cooling part cools the container below the phase transition temperature of the contents. The temperature controller controls the temperature of the contents inside of the container and the temperature above the contents, thereby keeping the contents in a non-freezing state even below the phase transition temperature of the contents. |
