PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of battery terminal for a start motor is provided to prevent damage to a terminal even though a continuous connection is performed without controlling the torque of a tool in the process of assembling a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of battery terminal for a start motor comprises a step of making the contour of an entire shape of a terminal and a contactor(110); a step of finishing a head among entire shape of a finished terminal(120); a step of forming a separation preventing rim and an insertion groove into which a contactor is fitted on the inside surface of the head(130); a step of forming a thread on a terminal body(140); a step of performing heat treatment for reinforcing strength of a terminal(150); a step of performing a plating process for preventing corrosion of a terminal(150); a step of inserting the contactor into the insertion groove formed on the head(170); and a step of forming a concavo-convex region or a knurling for improving contact on the surface of the deformed contactor(180).
